By accessing or using the Global Utility Hub ("the WATTSHIP"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Permitted Use

The WATTSHIP is provided for personal, non-commercial informational use. You may use the calculators, database, and tools for your own research and decision-making. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any data or output from this platform without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Use the platform for commercial lead generation, advertising, or resale purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or circumvent platform security
• Represent WATTSHIP calculations as professional financial or engineering advice

Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, code, copy, and original content — including the FLUX AI assistant persona, WATTSHIP nomenclature, and the Bento Grid UI system — are the property of Global Utility Hub. Manufacturer names, EV model data, and third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational reference only.

Third-Party Links & Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, insurance providers, towing companies, and maintenance directories. These links are provided for convenience only. Global Utility Hub does not endorse, control, or bear responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Access and use of linked services is at your own risk.

Local Data Storage

The My Garage feature stores vehicle data locally in your browser's localStorage. No personal vehicle data is transmitted to external servers. You may clear this data at any time using the "Clear All Fleet Data" option in the Garage settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
